Depending on the type of insurance you have, we can provide different resources to help you navigate this step to finding help for your child and your family. Different types of insurance plans may make a difference in how you access services and where the services come from.

Screening is a quick way to determine whether you might need extra help. Here is a parent-report and child-report questionnaire that could be helpful. You may even want to print it and share it with your parent/caregiver, pediatrician, school counselor, or other trusted professional
