What should I be doing?

  • Encouraging you and your child to continue practicing your newly learned skills.

  • Asking questions of your therapist as needed (e.g., What should I do if my child’s negative behaviors return?).

How will I know if it is working?

  • You and your child use your new skills on your own.

  • You and your child continue to use your new skills in real world situations.

  • You and your child are able to accomplish tasks you were not able to do before
